There are exciting things happening in Austin each month! This month the Dobie Twenty21 Blog wanted to highlight a few events we’re excited to attend this October. We hope you get a chance to attend one of these activities before the month is through.

2016 Austin City Limits Music Festival

September 30-October 9, 2016

From the website: “Austin City Limits Music Festival will celebrate its 15th Anniversary by delivering one of the most highly anticipated lineups to date. Radiohead and Mumford & Sons will make their first-ever appearance alongside featured headliners Kendrick Lamar, LCD Soundsystem, Major Lazer, and Kygo. The world-class festival will deliver more than 130 bands across eight stages.”

 

Shake Shack presents Shack, Track and Field

October 11, 2016

From the website: “Shack, Track and Field is a free 3-4 mile community run. Runners will head from Shake Shack down towards Lady Bird Lake to complete a 3-4 mile loop, ending at the Austin Shack. Runners will be able to purchase a tech Shack Track & Field shirt for $25 at the Shack.”

 

POP Austin International Art Show

October 13-15, 2016

From the website: “The POP Austin International Art Show will host its third consecutive show in Austin, showcasing fine art, sculpture, photography, digital art and light based art, creating an experience that transcends art to become that of a conversation starting social movement.
