Meal plan is required, which is both good and bad. Hoping food is good. Rooms are hot, bring fans. Staff is nice.
Dobie is a decent place to ...Review From Modern Message|Recommended: YesDobie is a decent place to live. Maintenance requests are fulfilled in a timely manner, and proximity to campus is a plus. However, there was a substantial period of time last winter in which the heating system was non-functional. In a similar way, the room gets fairly warm in the hotter seasons. Elevators can be slow at times, and the food is sub-par. All staff is friendly and willing to help though

Very similar to a college d...Review From Modern Message|Recommended: YesVery similar to a college dorm - fairly small rooms, meal plan, activities, etc. Food was pretty good. Elevators can be very slow at times. Overpriced for just a summer lease, but good price for longer leases.
The place has improved trem...Review From Modern Message|Recommended: YesThe place has improved tremendously since I've moved here. At first, I didn't feel like anyone's problems was being addressed. I live on the 26th floor and didn't appreciate climbing all the way up when the elevator broke. During the summer though, the elevators have been prompt and the cafeteria food is MUCH better which I hope will continue into the school year. Overall, the biggest pro is being so close to campus and some of the RAs are pretty awesome.
